The HUB4700 calibre is the successor to the legendary El Primero calibre – the first chronograph with integrated automatic winding (1969), which was simultaneously the first mechanical chronograph with a frequency of 5 Hz (36,000 semi-oscillations per hour) and thus enabled a precision of 1/10th of a second.
